Scotia
Scotia (Concave line) is a decorative moulding commonly used in floating floor systems along the walls and around fixed objects. It covers the expansion gaps between existing skirting boards providing a clean boarder. We have scotia available in matching colours for both laminate and hybrid flooring.
Aluminum Trims
Aluminium trims are metal profiles that cover edges, joins, or transitions between different flooring materials. They help prevent chipping, reduce tripping hazards, and give a clean, professional look. We supply transition (cover) trims, Edge (L-Shaped) trims, Step angle trims in different colours.
Underlayment
Underlay is a cushioning or protective layer placed beneath floating floorboards like timber or laminate. It plays a crucial role in providing support, insulation, sound reduction, and moisture protection — essential for a quality flooring installation. We provide both EPE foam and EVA acoustic underlay in 2mm and 3mm thicknesses.
HD Acoustic Rubber Underlay
Acoustic rubber underlay is a high-performance sound-insulating material placed beneath flooring to reduce noise and vibration transmission between floors.
It’s widely used in apartments, offices, hotels, and multi-storey homes where noise control is essential. We have 5mm thick high density acoustic rubber underlay in 1mx1m sheet size.
Customized Stair Bullnose
A stair bullnose refers to the front edge of a stair tread. It’s both a functional and decorative feature — improving safety, durability, and the overall look of a staircase. We make customized stair bullnose with hybrid planks in matching colours.
